Barnstaple office
The thriving market town of Barnstaple offers both modern conveniences and traditional charm and quaint narrow streets. There is the old
pannier market as well as modern shopping centres with many major
chain stores as well as locally run businesses.
Barnstaple has a college of higher education, secondary and primary
schools. The Tarka line train station gives access to the City of Exeter,
whilst the A361 North Devon link road connects to the M5 motorway.
There is an impressive 13th Century bridge which spans the river Taw.
The town has an approximate population of 28,000 and has its own
hospital, well equipped leisure centre, museum, library, theatre and
cinema. Popular villages nearby include Instow, Braunton and Croyde with
Exmoor National Park a short car journey away.

Bideford office
The port and market town of Bideford offers its inhabitants an excellent
range of shopping and leisure facilities with all major High Street
shops and banks.
The thriving town offers a choice of infant/junior schools and a
secondary school together with medical centres, library and local art
gallery. Access to the regional centre of North Devon, Barnstaple, is
easily accessible via the North Devon Link Road.
Bideford is close to the coastal resort of Westward Ho! with its safe,
surfing, sandy beach and championship golf course, other nearby
resorts include Appledore, the historic quaint fishing village, and the
village of Instow renowned for its maritime connections.

Bude office
Bude lies amidst the rugged North Cornish coastline being famed for
its many areas of outstanding natural beauty and numerous beaches;
highly reputed for their quality of surfing and bathing facilities.
The town supports a comprehensive range of shopping, schooling and
recreational facilities together with an 18 hole Links Golf Course and
fully equipped Leisure Centre, etc.
Bude has its own primary and secondary schools and the neighbouring
ancient market town of Stratton hosts a hospital and medical centre.
The popular bustling market town of Holsworthy lies some 10 miles
inland whilst the popular and famous beauty spots local to Bude
include the parish of Morwenstow, the harbour village of Boscastle
and King Arthur's mythical town of Tintagel.

Ilfracombe office
Ilfracombe offers superb access to the Sea via its Harbour and Quay
and is further renowned for its Promenade with the noted Landmark
Theatre and nearby Pleasure Gardens.
The Town benefits from a large stock of Period Properties which
because of the topography of the area means that there are a large
majority of those properties enjoy sea views.
There is also access to some of North Devons finest country in the
form of The Exmoor National Park, and Ilfracombe is surrounded
by award winning beaches including those of Puttsborough,
Woolacombe and Croyde.

Torrington office
The historic Civil War Market Town of Great Torrington caters well for its inhabitants with a comprehensive range of local and national shopping, schooling and recreational facilities including an Arts Centre and Cinema, 9 hole Golf Course, Swimming Pool, Weekly Pannier Market and Heritage Centre together with the RHS Gardens at Rosemoor and the Tarka Trail Cycling and Walking Route which connects Bideford, Barnstaple and Braunton.
The town is surrounded by approximately 365 acres of common providing a number of country pursuits including walking, riding and fishing on the River Torridge.
The larger towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are easily reached by
car or public transport and the North Devon countryside and
spectacular coasts are only a short drive away.

South Molton Office
South Molton is a charming market town known as the gateway to Exmoor and offers an excellent range of shopping facilities, including the popular twice weekly Pannier Market. There is also a good range of pubs and restaurants, banking facilities, a swimming pool and infant and junior schools.
The town is within close distance of the North Devon Link Road
(A361) giving easy access to Exmoor National Park, with its excellent sporting and recreational activities and the spectacular North Devon Coast with its many sandy beaches and coastal walks. The M5 motorway Network and Tiverton Parkway railway station with regular connections to London Paddington is also within a short driving distance.
